The “Braunschweiger Hütte” is the highest alpine hut along the E5 European long-distance route, at 2759 meters. The altitude difference between the Mittelberg and the alpine hut is approx. 996 meters. This alpine hut offers perfect overnight accommodations, a cozy tile stove, a restaurant, a terrace with panoramic view, showers on every floor and a dormitory. Let us pamper you on our terrace...
