The 4 star Hotel Mittagskogel is located towards the end of the Pitz valley. Surrounded by the spectacular mountains of the Pitztal. Adjacent to the Rifflsee lift.

From the north: Inntal motorway through Kufstein, Innsbruck, exit Imst, via Garmisch, Fernpass, Imst
From the east: Motorway through Salzburg, Innsbruck, Felbertauern, St Johann, Wörgle, Inntal motorway exit Imst
From the west: Arlberg tunnel, Inntal motorway, exit Imst
From the south: Brenner motorway, Innsbruck, Inntal motorway, Imst

From the Inntal motorway take the exit Imst and turn off the roundabout in the direction of Pitztal. Follow the road past St. Leonhart/Eggenstall to Mandarfen to the Hotel Mittagskogel - one of the last villages in the valley.

What is the best way to reach the Hotel Mittagskogel?

The most convenient way to travel is by car via the Inntal motorway (A12). Take the Imst/Pitztal exit and follow the well-maintained Pitztalstraße road to Mandarfen – right to the end of the valley. The hotel is located directly in the village, just a few metres from the Rifflsee cable car.

Are there parking spaces at the hotel?

Yes, free parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel. Advance reservation is not necessary.

Is it possible to travel by train?

Yes. Take the train to Imst-Pitztal station. From there, the Postbus or a taxi will take you directly to Mandarfen. We are happy to help you with planning or organise a transfer on request.

How far is it from the hotel to the nearest mountain railway?

Just a few steps away! The valley station of the Rifflseebahn cable car is located right next to the hotel. The ski bus to the glacier also stops nearby.
