What we wish for you?

A holiday that you can look forward to in a carefree way. The safety, security and well-being of our guests and staff are always our top priority, which is why we carefully monitor developments.
To allow you to plan your holiday in a carefree way we offer the following security:

• Up to 31 days BEFORE arrival: possible cancellation free of charge
• 30-15 days BEFORE arrival: 70 % of the arranged price
• 14-0 days BEFORE arrival: 100 % of the arranged price

In the case of border closure, or business closure due to lockdown last minute cancellation is possible.

We therefore recommend taking out travel insurance through the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

• Price in Euros
• The prices are per person/day excluding local tax: € 2.- per person/day (from 01.05.22 to 31.10.22) and € 3.- per person/day (from 01.11.22 to 30.04.23)
• Minimum stay: Under 4 days and at the weekend a surcharge is applicable.
• Single occupancy: in a double room on request, surcharge € 50.- per day
• Arrival: Saturday if possible, rooms can be occupied from approx. 2pm onwards
• Departure: we request that the room is vacant from 10 am
• Under-ground car park: € 10.- per day

• We accept EC-card, Visa and Mastercard.
• Fixed bookings must be confirmed in writing or by payment of a deposit
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, we must charge all guests (including regular guests) the statutory empty bed fee. We ask for your understanding as this is a significant loss of business for us.
• It is our goal to maintain our prices. However, in the event of unforeseeable economic developments, an adjustment will unfortunately have to be made.
• The Austrian hotel regulation apply.

Children discounts in double room with parents:

• children up to 2,99 years are our free guests
• from 3 to 5,99 years at the daily price of 30.- Euro
• from 6 to 10,99 years 50%
• from 11 to 15 years 20%
• In the apartment with separate bedroom the children get 20% discount each!

Children's offer and extras: 

There is guaranteed no boredom! The little guests are looking forward to varied vacation days in the Hotel Mittagskogel in the Pitztal in Tyrol!

Our highlights in detail:

• Small children's playroom (climbing wall, billiards).
• Children under 8 years receive a Bambini free pass at the cable cars (ID required)
• In winter: practice lift approx. 50 m from the house
• In summer: children's playground about 50 m from the house
